We have taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers during their shopping experience. Here we have outlined your purchase and payment options when any merchandise.  Meadowlands Animal Supplies use Pay Pal as a payment method to collect funds from your linked bank account or credit card. We do not record or store your credit card details at any time on our site.

Quality guarantee

Meadowlands Animal Supplies prides itself on the quality of the of its products.  In the unlikely event that you receive any item from Meadowlands Animal Supplies that is faulty or fails to meet your quality expectations, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Meadowlands clothing purchase, please include a copy of the receipt received with your swimwear order, along with the unworn and unwashed garment with tags attached and indicate the reason for the return.

Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 12 working days from date of dispatch for Australian customers.

Please allow 10 workings days for Meadowlands Animal Supplies to receive your return items and process your request. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Meadowlands Animal Supplies will credit through your original payment method, or we can hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.

Exchanges

To exchange the colour, style or size of your merchandse, please include a copy of the receipt received with your order along with the unworn and unwashed garment with tags attached, indicating the new colour, style or size preference.

Shipping

Meadowlands Animal Supplies offers a flat postage and handling fee through Australia Post for shipping of all orders for national ordering.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS : Australia via Parcel Post $15.00 AUD + inc GST

It will take a maximum of 7 business days to dispatch your merchandise from the time we receive your payment. Dispatch times may vary depending on demand and stock levels.

Shipping times

Australian orders via Parcel Post: 1-2 business days after receipt of your order and payment.

Multiple Items

Orders totalling $100 AUD are shipped within Australia free of charge. Due to exceptional demand for some of our  popular styles, multiple item orders may be shipped separately. Meadowlands Animals Supplies will inform you of any delay should this be the case with your order. All deliveries will be processed through Australia Post, unless you specify otherwise. Shipping costs will be negotiated  if our standard shipping is not used.
